In 2021 Fred decided to take his dream from bucket list to reality by bringing delicious, nutritious, gluten free baked products from his kitchen to the public.  After countless attempts and endless hours in the kitchen, perfection in the recipes was finally achieved.  Natural high protein ingredients such as Almond flour, Greek non-fat yogurt and egg whites were incorporated with delicious flavor combinations to hit the bull’s eye.
