Products are shipped frozen with a freezer pack via Fedex 3 day service. In most cases products will arrive thawed but should be refrigerated or frozen upon arrival. As no preservatives are used, products typically last around 10 days when refrigerated or up to several months if frozen. 

 

Serving - While I frequently I eat my products cold, the eating experience is taken to a much higher level when heated.  I microwave mine for 25 seconds out of the refrigerator.  A toaster is a good alternative.
