The Origin of FredsBread

In 2021 Fred decided to take his dream from bucket list to reality by bringing delicious, nutritious, gluten free baked products from his kitchen to the public.  After countless attempts and endless hours in the kitchen, perfection in the recipes was finally achieved.  Natural high protein ingredients such as Almond flour, Greek non-fat yogurt and egg whites were incorporated with delicious flavor combinations to hit the bull’s eye.  Fred's passion to bring nutritious mouth watering flavor combinations to the gluten free, vegan and keto dietary worlds has led to a wide variety of regular and seasonal offerings.

In addition to breads, FredsBread also offers several varieties of high protein gluten free cookies with vegan options available as well.

A home based business, Fred practices his craft in Northern Ozaukee County, Wisconsin, and services several local Farmers Markets in the area.  FredsBread can also be ordered and shipped throughout the continental USA.

FredsBread operates under Glenbrook Acres, llc., originally founded as a farming and ranching services organization providing a number of home grown products including chickens, turkeys, pigs and cattle.  Today Glenbrook Acres llc. also houses Fred's authored work including Forbidden Roots - Memoir of Late-Discovery Adoption.
